- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆They made a appointment with me to bring all the necessary paperwork with me on a Friday morning to give me a loan. I travelled from Gravesend by train and when I arrived at 11h30 the office was locked. After 10 minutes these 2 guys arrived unlock the office and not very friendly at all. I took a seat while he went behind the counter and sat waiting for another 5 minutes for him. He finally came to me and ask what documents I brought and I showed it to him. He then asked me if I do have other payday loans and I said yes 2. He bluntly said to me we cant help you for that reason. I said to him why then make this appointment with me coming all the way out for nothing. He said the person(colleague) should have told me. I couldnt believe his mannerism like its no big deal and that I should just leave......utterly disgusted by his behaviour towards me, very unprofessional and I still have that text they send me.By Admin, November 19, 2017
